It also gives you ten AI prompts that do the heavy revision lifting, a study checklist that remembers your ticks, a Notion page you can paste in, and a printable PDF of your plan.
How to use this kit
- Grab your syllabus. Find the topic list or module outline on your course page, in your lecture slides or in your textbook's table of contents.
- Build your plan. Enter your course name, exam date, topics (one per line) and how many hours you can study each week in the plan builder below. Your plan updates as you type and is saved on this device.
- Use the prompt pack with any AI assistant. Copy a prompt, replace the words in [brackets] with your details, and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to summarise topics, make flashcards and generate practice questions.
- Keep your plan where you will see it. Save it as a PDF and print it for your desk, or paste the Notion page into your workspace and track your progress there.
Turn your syllabus into a study plan
Fill in your course details. The builder creates a weekly topic plan with a final review week, a daily session layout and an exam practice schedule. If you add an exam date, the plan fits the weeks you have left: topics are spread across the available weeks and any spare weeks become revision weeks.
Plan builder
Everything you type stays on this device. Use Copy plan text to paste the plan anywhere, or Download .txt to keep a text file.
Leave it empty to plan at a steady pace of two topics a week.
Between 1 and 80.
Add your topics above, one per line, and your plan appears here.
Want a day by day timetable with calendar reminders instead? Try the free study planner tool, and use the Pomodoro timer to keep each session focused.
AI prompt pack
Ten ready made prompts for revision. Copy one, swap the [brackets] for your details, and paste it into Claude or any AI assistant. Always check important facts against your notes or textbook, because AI can be confidently wrong.
