Content Monetization Map | One Path + Plan
Pick the one monetization path that fits your audience, then build your offer, funnel, two week content plan and email capture setup in one place.

What's inside
- 01Step 1: Find your monetization path
- 02Step 2: Build your offer
- 03Step 3: Map your funnel
- 04Step 4: Plan two weeks of content
- 05Step 5: Set up email capture
- 06Lead magnet ideas for each path
Most creators do not need more content ideas. They need one clear way to earn from their content and a simple plan that turns attention into subscribers, then customers. This kit helps you pick the monetization path that fits where you are right now, then gives you an offer, a funnel, a two week content plan and an email setup to match.
- Find the one monetization path that suits your audience size, niche and energy.
- Describe your offer in plain language, without complicated funnels or awkward sales copy.
- Leave with a 14 day content plan that is already wired to your funnel.
Work through the five steps in order. Your answers are saved in this browser, so you can come back later, and you can save the whole kit as a PDF when you are done.
Step 1: Find your monetization path
Answer five quick questions. We will match you to the path that fits your reality today, along with a lead magnet idea to start building your email list.
Quick self assessment
Five questions, about one minute.
Pick one path and commit to it for at least a few months. Trying all five at once is the most common reason creators earn nothing from any of them.
Step 2: Build your offer
Fill in the blanks and the builder writes a one paragraph offer statement you can use on a sales page, in a bio or in an email. Choose the offer type that matches the path from step 1.

Niche, audience, pain and outcome are required. Everything else is optional.
Use the path your assessment recommended.
Your offer statement
Fill in your niche, audience, pain and outcome to see your offer statement.
Step 3: Map your funnel
Your funnel has four stages, and each one does a different job. Open each stage to see what to create for it.
Top of funnel: awareness content
What to create
- Short hooks that call out your audience's specific pain. Name the struggle, not the solution.
- Relatable "did you know" or myth busting content in your niche.
- Before and after transformation stories, yours or your clients'.
- Trend based content that ties current events back to your niche.
Best practice: every top of funnel piece should do one thing: make the right person say "that is literally me." Do not explain your offer here. Build curiosity, earn attention and end with a soft call to action, such as follow, save or "grab the free resource from the link in my bio."
Email capture: lead magnet and opt in
What to create
- A specific, quick win resource (a checklist, template, swipe file or mini guide) tied to your top of funnel topic.
- A landing page or link in bio page with one call to action.
- A welcome email that delivers the resource and sets expectations.
- A pinned post or story highlight that points to your opt in.
Best practice: the best lead magnets solve one small problem in under 10 minutes. Specific beats thorough: "5 Minute Morning Routine Checklist for Anxious Creatives" will do better than "The Complete Guide to Productivity."
Nurture: build trust and authority
What to create
- A sequence of 3 to 5 emails that deepens the story: why you, what you have learned and what the transformation looks like.
- Behind the scenes or process content that shows your expertise without lecturing.
- Social proof, such as screenshots, case studies and small wins from your community.
- FAQ content that answers the "yes, but" objections you always hear.
Best practice: nurture is where most creators skip ahead to selling. Resist that. Aim for 3 to 7 touchpoints before you make an offer. Each email or post should answer "Why should I trust this person with my problem?" rather than "Why should I buy?"
Offer: convert and deliver
What to create
- A sales page, a Gumroad or Stan Store listing, or a booking page that uses your offer statement from step 2.
- Two or three "open cart" posts that announce the offer, describe the problem and close with a clear deadline.
- A short DM or email sequence for people who clicked but did not buy, so you can answer their objections one to one.
- Onboarding after purchase that makes buyers feel straight away that they made the right call.
Best practice: do not launch cold. Warm up your list for 5 to 7 days with useful content and social proof before you open the cart. Your sales content should feel like the natural end of the story you have been telling, not a sudden change of gear.
Step 4: Plan two weeks of content
Enter your platform, how often you post and your topic pillars. The generator spreads your posts across 14 days and moves through the funnel in order: about a third top of funnel, a little email capture, a third nurture and at least one offer post at the end.

The plan updates as you type. Copy it into a spreadsheet or download it as a CSV file.
From 1 to 7.
Used in the hooks. Leave it empty to keep a [niche] placeholder.
Leave empty to use Education, Motivation, Behind the scenes and Offer.

Lead magnet ideas for each path
Your assessment result in step 1 includes the idea for your path. Here are all five, so you can compare them or adapt one.
- Services: "The [Result] Discovery Workbook"
- A 5 to 8 page PDF that helps your ideal client name their biggest problem and see you as the obvious person to solve it. End with a clear invitation to book a discovery call.
- Digital product: "[Topic] Starter Kit", with 5 templates and a cheat sheet
- A mini product (free or $7) that previews the method in your paid offer. For example, if you sell a social media course, give away a one week content calendar template.
- Affiliate: "My [Niche] Toolkit: the exact tools I use"
- A one page resource list, as a landing page or PDF, showing your top 5 to 8 recommended tools, each with a short reason why. Add your affiliate links naturally and say clearly that they are affiliate links.
- Sponsorships: "[Niche] Brand Partnership Rate Card: build yours in 20 minutes"
- A free one page PDF or Canva template that teaches creators how to price and pitch brand deals, using your own process as the example.
- Membership or community: "Free 7 day [Community name] trial"
- Invite new subscribers into your community for a short free window. Let them feel the value, then invite them to stay as paying members. This works especially well with Discord or Circle.
