Questions
What makes a good resume bullet?
It starts with a strong action verb, says what you did and how, and ends with a measurable result. Most good bullets fit on one or two lines.
What if I do not have exact numbers?
Use an honest estimate, such as about 20 customers a day, or a before and after comparison. Do not invent figures you cannot explain in an interview.
What is the STAR method?
STAR stands for situation, task, action and result. On a resume you usually keep the action and result and leave the rest for the interview.
