How are skills found in the advert?
The tool matches the text against a built in list of about 250 common skills and tools, including common spellings. Skills outside that list are only matched if you type them yourself and the advert uses the same words.
Should I apply if I do not have every skill?
Often, yes. Adverts tend to describe an ideal candidate. If you meet most of the core requirements and can show you learn quickly, it is usually worth applying.
Is the advert sent anywhere?
No. Everything is compared in your browser and nothing is stored or uploaded.
