Human Email Library | 50 Natural Email Templates
50 warm, human email templates for clients, managers, payments, job search, networking and school, with fillable details and AI prompts to adjust the tone.

What's inside
- 01How to use this library
- 02The 50 templates
- 03AI adaptation prompts
- 04More help with emails
Most email templates fail because they sound copied, stiff or strangely over excited. These 50 templates are short, warm and direct, written the way a thoughtful person actually writes. They cover the emails that slow work down: nudging someone who has gone quiet, sending a proposal, chasing an unpaid invoice, applying for a job, asking a lecturer for a favour and saying no without burning a bridge.
How to use this library
- Find the right template. Search, or filter by type: clients, managers, proposals, follow ups, scheduling, apologies, boundaries, feedback, payments, job search, networking, thank you notes and school.
- Press Fill in. Type your details into the boxes. Each blank means one thing only, and anything you fill in (such as your name or a meeting time) carries across to every template that uses it. Your answers are saved on this device.
- Copy the subject and message. Paste them into your email and read the message once before sending. Add one personal line if you can. That small touch is what makes an email feel human.
- Need a different tone? Use the AI adaptation prompts at the bottom of the page to make any email warmer, firmer, shorter or more formal in seconds.
